Xceptor Automation Analyst (19-00593) – MD – Baltimore

 

As a Xceptor Automation Analyst, this position is responsible for supporting the management and business users of organization on the automation initiatives. Candidates are expected to understand the existing process workflows, gather the requirements from business users, design the new process work flows based on the user requirements, propose any changes needed and then implement the new process work flows using Xceptor Automation Tool functions. Coordinate with other lines of business to identify and implement new automated process work flows. You will be part of a team that develops and communicates solutions for different lines of business by effectively gathering, compiling and reviewing information and data, evaluating existing systems and procedures, identifying alternate courses of actions, and leveraging Xceptor automation tool functions.
Participate in project activities including prioritizing, developing schedules, determining resources, preparing plans, process and procedure documentation, and effectively resolving issues as they arise. Identify and manage dependencies and critical path issues by tracking milestones and deliverables as it relates to the automation effort. Communicate status to management and stakeholders as necessary through status updates, project plans, agendas, minutes, issue / risk tracking, etc.

  • Support Automation Change Management Drive change and managing to success implementation
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of Xceptor Automation technology for data transformation
  • Individually solves business problems and completes analysis. Performs advanced functions within Xceptor to support automation efforts leveraging Xceptor
  • Provide training & support for enhanced automation solutions, like Xceptor, ranging from process creation and validation to user training and security access
  • Able to lead projects and drive execution of process automation. Able to work with key partners to fully execute
  • Able to communicate effectively to an audience at all levels of management
  • Create executive level presentations and provide status updates to internal and external clients and stakeholders
  • Capability to review and translate functional specifications to validate and ensure business requirements are met
  • Understands end to end business process flows to fully provide vision needed for the business unit to perform tasks
 
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work with various lines of business within organization on use cases for automating current manual processes to improve operational systems, business performance processes & policies in support of firm wide strategic initiatives
  • Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes, systems, and user needs
  • Participate in strategic and operational planning sessions, process reviews with lines of business
  • Recommend action steps for enhancing processes to improve the customer experience, efficiency and control environment
  • Knowledge of Xceptor process automation software. Enhanced knowledge in configuration using Xceptor – Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience
  • 5 years of related experience in Financial Services; Bachelor s Degree strongly preferred
  • 4+ years of experience planning, executing, and delivering products or solutions that require collaboration between multiple people, teams, or individual processes
  • Demonstrates leadership and ability to influence to drive change
  • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and presentation/demoing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels (senior executives to process SMEs) and partner with technical teams outside the team
  • Experience with process improvement & project management methodology
