SDM Solution Architect (SAP OTC) (19-00945) – NJ

Ø  10+ years of industry experience
Ø  Good understanding of industry specific processes such as, Sales and Distribution,  Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Quality Management, Finance & Costing
Ø  Provide coordination and support to Offshore team for resolve the tickets to ensure we deliver to the customer as per the SLAs
Ø  Interact with customer business users for requirement gathering, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs along with process documentation
Ø  Should have depth working knowledge in SAP OTC (Order to cash) and also have extensive knowledge in integration between SD/MM-WM, SD/FI, SD/PP modules
Ø  Good understanding of all the other SAP modules (SAP MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO, Basis and Security) and their interaction
Ø  Ability to design and configuration of SAP order to cash and experience in designing/trouble shooting complex interfaces involving multiple systems
Ø  Should be able to troubleshooting day to day tickets related to SAP functional module
Ø  Good understanding of SAP pricing, rebate, customer return and chargeback processes
Ø  Functional experience of ABAP sales document user exits (sales order, delivery and billing etc.)
Ø  Technical Expertise: Basic level ABAP debugging skills
Ø  Good understanding of SAP integration with EDI (850,856, 812 and 810)
Ø  Ability to help to customer in monthly, quarterly and yearly Audit
Ø  Should be able to work on minor enhancements using Accelerate SAP Methodologies and SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) process
Ø  Review functional specification documents and test scripts to ensure minor enhancement deployment is bug free 
Ø  Coordinate with customer business owners for the UAT signoff
Ø  Coordination on non-production system refresh, monthly maintenance and daily reporting
Ø  Ability to provide SAP best practices and consulting advice to customer on their ERP roadmap and strategy
Ø  Ability to perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for the repetitive tickets and providing permanent solution: ensure the same type of incidents should not repeat
Ø  Should be able to present monthly/weekly/daily status report to customer IT management (CIO, Director and Managers)
Ø  Understanding of change control and production deployment processes
Ø  Should be able to work in a collaborative with team and handle/prioritize multiple tasks
Ø  Should be able to review KT signoff for new processes which comes under AMS scope from development team. Ability to takeover bug free processes under AMS scope
Ø  Drive continuous Service Improvements 
Ø  Ability to analyze customer manual processes and provide suggestion for automation with cost saving
Ø  Conduit between Customer and Cognizant's CoE (Center of Excellence) teams in bringing the Industry best practices
Ø  Coordination with offshore SDM for maintaining CP% per target and monthly invoice process
Ø  Coordination with client management to get the new business for revenue growth.
