Project Manager II (20-00018) – WA – Bothell

*** is seeking a highly motivated individual for a HRIS Project Manager role. The individual will be working within an HR team to deliver transformational change through technology implementations. The individual will partner with HR COEs on projects to deliver HR technology solutions. This position serves as a technical point of contact and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The individual will work closely with members of the HR, Payroll, and Information Technology teams to ensure that HR data is properly flowing to other internal and external systems. This role will be instrumental in partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Stock, IT and Business to gather requirements, explore potential solutions (through the RFP process) and help the leadership team identify the technology best solutions to enhance employee experience. The role will include the responsibility of testing, cut over planning, implementation and change management. After implementation, this role will transform into the HRIS system administrator. The role will allow you to make an impact for our employees and join our vision of improving lives of people with cancer.

Qualifications
7+ years of experience working on technology projects. 3+ years of experience in leading projects implementing HCM systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Cornerstone, etc.
Experience designing processes for configuration or customization of core HCM technology such as Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP or Oracle HCM
Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools
Skill in using a variety of project management tracking tools, SmartSheet experience desirable
Ability to clearly and tactfully communicate project status, risks and escalations to all levels of the client organization
Ability to motivate project stakeholders to get things done while creating a positive experience
Ability to learn and adopt new technologies quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reporting and analytics experience.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to collaborate effectively with HR and the business to understand requests and facilitate resolutions
