We are looking for an individual to join our rapidly growing Personalized Healthcare Imaging team. The Project Manager organizes, facilitates and executes project management activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Program Manager, aiming at the flawless execution of projects in PHC Imaging. This is a highly visible role and there will be times when the Project Manager will need to work independently with team members.
Vendor Management – Facilitate the process of working with vendors including set up of meetings, documenting meeting notes, streamlining vendor communications. Support the project manager in the process of vetting and finalizing vendor contracts and managing vendor relations.
Communication Management – Support the project manager in the collation of and communication of project status and providing content for internal and external stakeholders.
Financial Management – Track the actual spend on the project. Manage the process of receiving invoices, validating the vendor submissions. Update the project financial tracker with actuals data.
Project Organization/Administration – As needed, support the project manager in the setup of meetings, taking meeting notes and actions. Ensure the project documentation is managed in a central location and up to date.
Resource Management – Assist the project manager as needed in the tracking of resources allocated to the project. Maintain the resource list including contact information, roll-on/roll-off dates, % allocated to the project.
Schedule Management – Assist the project manager as needed in the creation of detailed project schedules and to track progress.
Vendor statement of work coordination
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently, without close supervision

Well organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail
Ability to anticipate key challenges and proactively propose solutions
Must demonstrate outstanding computer skills and specific proficiencies with the GSuite of applications
Ability to use Smartsheets or other project management tool for tracking purposes
