Facilities Engineer-P (19-00942) – MA – Burlington

Oversees cleanroom facilities service operations to support manufacturing and quality in full compliance with GMP and other regulations; oversees design specification, contract negotiation, timelines and execution of numerous projects to enhance and maintain facility operations; optimizes the deployment of internal talent and utilization of contractors; promotes safety, compliance, best practices, engineering standards, resource optimization and utilization of reporting metrics. • Primary accountability for the leadership and management the Facilities group, including Metrology.• Conducts inspection tours to monitor facility conditions and makes recommendations for improvement. Possesses in-depth knowledge of the operation and troubleshooting of facility systems and is able to train and motivate a workforce of technical and other qualified personnel.• Develops facilities master plan and manages with capital and operations budget constraints.• Oversees Preventive Maintenance program of facility and manufacturing / quality control equipment.Quals–10+ years facilities engineering, at least 5 years experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech or a comparable highly regulated environment.Experience within ISO 5 cleanroom facilityBachelor of Science in Engineering/Technical fieldExperience within HVAC, Boiler, Compressor, Plumbing, and/or Electrical desiredProven track record in developing and executing planning for 100 plus facility operation; experienced in analyzing data and developing technical reports to support long-range project plan and budgets for presentation to executive management.
