Documentation Specialist I : Cell Culture Development (19-00553) – MA – Framingham

Major Job Responsibilities:
This position will support process development and tech transfer by participating in scientific and regulatory documentation. This will include generating proper documentation for experiment results and scientific findings (i.e. technical reports, technical memos, SOPs, batch records, and process descriptions) as well as managing the document archival process.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with project teams, will work effectively in a matrix management environment, and will be able to work independently to accomplish documentation objectives. This position requires excellent verbal and written skills and prior experience in technical writing with a thorough understanding and execution of Microsoft applications such as Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.

Prepare, format, and archive documentation of scientific findings from mammalian cell culture experiments.
Generate tables, figures, diagrams, and graphs to visually represent data and findings.
Demonstrate clear logical thinking.
Work collaboratively with project teams to organize all data and manage data archival.
Successfully manage report review process from initial draft through to archival.
Act as point-of-contact for archival and retrieval of documents and understand company requirements around documentation and document archival.

B.S. in Engineering, Biology, or equivalent degree with 0-2 years of experience.
Demonstrated experience and expertise with technical writing
Excellent communication and writing skills
