Contract Administrator (19-00730) – WA – Bothell

Summary:
This is a role designed to assist the Transactional Law team at *** and serve as a primary liaison between Transactional Law and all other departments of the company, including Compliance, Purchasing, Accounts Payable and client business units. The contract administrator’s task is to facilitate the contract process for the various internal stakeholders, based on the internal customers’ needs and schedules.

Responsibilities:
• Receives and validates contract intake requests
• Ensures consistency and proper entry of contract requests in the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system
• Maintains vendor assessments and performance reviews in the database
• Ensures accuracy of vendor data in both the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system and the vendor portal
• Ensures compliance with codes, standards, and maintenance requirements
• Supports the contracting process and contract execution
• Receives and resolves contract-related inquiries from internal and external customers in a professional manner
• Effectively manages contracts and is responsible for the organization of the contract repository
• Provides support to legal staff with processes, systems, and other projects as needed

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of related experience in a contract management and/or vendor management role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills in Windows environment and MS Office Tools proficiency
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze problems
• Adept team player with strong work ethics

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
